Yesterday it was the school production. There was to production in one day. The first one was during school that started at 1:45 pm we bused down and we did all the mics and we changed into our outfits and before we knew it  it  was time to start. Me and Meia were on the stage and the curtains were shut we were so scared then all of a sudden they opened. I think that show went very well. At 6:00 pm it was the next show that one went the same as the last one but there were so much more people at the latter one there is like 300 seats in the theatre and they were all full but the early one only had 120 people but I really liked it.

Welcome to my blog. Last Tuesday the 4th of November some of my class and I went to athletics. When we got there there was a bunch of other schools there. I saw some people from my old school and people that I know. The manager of the West coast athletics said that we need to go in our year groups so I had to say goodbye to all my friends  but I had one of my friends. It was Emma at least I had someone. So the first activity was the 800 meter. Emma was in that and I think she did very good. All the year groups had to split up. Me and Emma followed our year group. I only made it in for the sprints and they were at the very end of the day so I had to wait a long long time but I was very happy when it was time because my dad came and brought me a sausage and juicy. Then before I knew it  was time to race. Before the race my dad told me how to get faster. It helped a lot. The first race was 80 meter and I came 3rd. Then the next race I came 5th I didn’t qualify but I still had a great time. Before my dad left he brought me another sausage and juicy. It was a great day.

 Kia ora. Me and Indi are going trick or treating tonight. It’s going to be so exciting because its Indis first time going and she is so excited to go and I am to becauce its my first time going with a friend. Im so excited and we are going to get so much candy.

I hope I get lots of candy.

My class and I found out the other day what we are doing for STEM. STEM means science for S. Technology for T. Engineering for E. mathematics for M. We are doing the the egg drop challenge. Miss Lang said that she wanted to do this one first but she saved it till last. I don’t know why she saved it till last but she did. I am so excited. I came up with an idea to put cotton balls in a small cardboard box then attach a pink trash bag to the box to slow the fall down. Then draw a face on my egg.

Would you do STEM?

Kia Ora welcome to my blog. Kereru and I have been working on painting Rocks. On Tuesday after P.E with Mr Butler we came back to class and Miss Lang told us that were going to be painting Rocks. I was so excited! Then she said that on the back of our rocks we need to write the values and write something to show them. There’s Rangatiratanga, Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga, and Tautaiao. So first we had to write down on a bit of paper the values and how to show it and when Miss Lang checked it and said it was good then we had to go look for flat rocks. I found four flat rocks then I came back to class. Then when everyone found their rocks we were allowed to paint the background. Then we went to lunch. I got picked up early so I couldn’t paint my things and patterns. Then the next day when we had Mr A but we were allowed to paint the rocks so me and some other people can catch up. I painted a minion then some patterns. Some of us have to finish but I just need to paint the backside white and write the values and something to show them.

We are going to hide them and the juniors are going to find them so that they can learn about the school values and how to show them.

My class ad I went to school camp. I was so excited and I’ve been talking about it for forever. When we first got there I didn’t know what to do I was just full of joy. i was in Meias mums car. I sleep for like ten minutes. But enough of that lets talk about camp. So when we first got there me Meia Emma and Nevaeh got there we got are  bags and ran over to the basketball courts were every one else was. we all put are bags down then ran over to were a big crowd was. They were lineing up for the trampoline. I look around then saw the lake. I was jumping in joy. When Miss Lang got here well when everyone got there the camp guy told us about the rules and all that stuff we finerly got to go to our cabins. I was in I cabin with Indi Sophie Tara and Meia.  We all settled down a bit then we went to go swimming in the lake me and Loren went down the water slid but we were like two seconds away from the water and I was like oh no no the water was going to  be so cold but I did it and I didn’t stop going down with her. Then I went down the black on by myself and I loved it.  Lets just get to the next day. So its the day right I woke up at 6:00 am because Meia and Sophie were doing there morning workout. They said that they wont be loud but they were a bit loud. But I joined in because I had to wake myself up because I was so tired from how early I woke up. We talked for a bit then we got up and go dressed since theres only one bathroom we had to go one after the other. but there’s so  much to wright about so I’ll just finish here bye.

Some of my class and I went to basketball. I was told to go in Sophie’s mum’s car but I was a little late to school so I went to Miss Lang’s speedy small car and she took us instead. when we got there, Ollie  Louis and I started walking to the high school hull. We went up the stairs and then we saw all the people and i was like oh heck no there’s no way I’m walking all the way down that hall with all those schools staring at me. So I said to Ollie and Louis maybe we should wait for Miss Lang and the boys said that’s a good idea. So after forever it felt like she finally came and she said that she forgot her coffee. But then we walked in and my heart dropped. There were so many different schools but we sat down then before I new it me and my team were up. I subbed of first becuese I was so scared. But then I was on. After a bit it was super fun and I loved it. We vs four teams.so all the schools left but Kaniere and hokieprimrey so the time was up but we were tied so the coche said whoever shoots the ball into the hope will win. And my team shooted it and we won’t over all I loved it so much.

Would you think you would like it?

My class and I have been making Perspective art. It’s like a vanishing point. At first when Miss Lang showed us I thought it was 3 d art but it was actually perspective art. We were making an aquarium. When we draw the bass and all the lines Miss Lang said you can do an aquarium or something else. I chose to stick with the aquarium because I got lots of cool ideas. I’ve done my lines and the floor and am drawing the animals. I’ve just got to finish my colouring in. Then i’ll be done.

would you make cool art like this?

My class and I made a front cover for comics. Our comics are based on the Poutini and Waitaiki. I drew mountains and a taniwhas face. The river with Waitaiki floating down it as pounamu. I outlined the the words with green pen and I love it. I made some weird designs on both sides then coloured that in brown. I love it so much and it goes so well with my story.
